Karter’s eBay Store

Consignment Agreement

A. I agree to accept the items listed below for auction on eBay and request that Karter's eBay store handle the transaction and will pay any service fees applicable.

B. Each item will be described to the best of known knowledge in detail,

C. I agree that 25% of the final sale value of my item will be paid to Karter's eBay store.

D. If the assessed value is less than requested value, the customer agrees to pay all applicable filing and insertion fee’s prior to posting at 10% of the requested value

NOTE: fee's are be applied to final sale value, thus leaving 15% upon completion as agreed in section C.  Example: Customer requests $100 - Customer pays $10 posting up front. If the item sells the customer will receive $75.00 total payment from Karter's eBay Store thus equaling 25% total of final sale value paid by customer to eBay Store)

E. I agree and understand that the assessed value according to Karter's eBay store is the amount I am going to receive for payment in the event my item sells.

F. If my item does not sell I agree to pick up my item within 30 (thirty) days of the signing of this agreement or the property will be forfeited to Karter's eBay Store. 

G. Karters Ebay store is acting solely as an agent to provide the following services: posting of your item to eBay, money transfer services (for eBay transactions requiring Paypal or Credit Cards) and shipping and handling services. Other services rendered may be billed by the quarter hour at $10.00 hourly (if this is necessary, you will be contacted ahead of time.)
